• Proudly Northern! Having taken over the business in Oct 2017 we have made it our mission to champion local suppliers and producers. We currently use over seventeen local producers and suppliers (and we continue to expand this week on week). Our menu and blackboard showcase their fantastic ingredients and we have a growing reputation for innovative and delicious "specials" in addition to our mouth-watering main menu.

• Hospitality MEANS hospitality! Our ethos is to provide our customers with irresistible food, delicious coffees and teas and a warm Yorkshire welcome. We work hard to train our staff in the importance of exceptional service. No customer should ever receive less than the best and our Google/Trip Advisor reviews reflect our success with this. We are delighted to have achieved a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

• Dietary requirements? No problem. We specialise in a comprehensive gluten-free offering (with family members who are coeliac we understand fully the frustrations and worries associated with dining out with food allergies/intolerances). As part of our sourcing of local products we have specifically chosen those which are “free from” wherever feasible. We have a wide range of options for vegetarian and vegan diners and have also been awarded a Healthier Choices Award by NYCC
