You can fire up the BBQ or grill/fry indoors if it's less than perfect weather out there!

Use any herbs and spices you like in the chicken marinade. I've kept it European but you could easily take things on a more middle Eastern route with za'atar and harissa, or south Asian with your favourite curry spices. Get creative ❤️
